Because these are made-to-order, personalized items, they may not be returnable except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Colors may vary slightly from your screen due to monitor differences and ink printing variation.
2. Image Rights and Usage
By submitting an image, you confirm that you own the rights to use the image or have permission from the copyright holder. Best Life Magnets is not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted content.
We respect your privacy. Your images are used solely for fulfilling your order and will not be used for marketing or shared without your explicit permission.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or errors on our part. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Production and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will see the exact shipping cost and delivery estimate before finalizing your purchase.
7. Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.

- New York (all other locations): 7.25% sales tax applies
- Outside New York: No sales tax applies
